OK so love... Yes the mushy gushy word... I just find it interesting. How any one will do anything for it. Bow I've tried to find it myself. I'm not going to lie. I have been in love before and have had my heart broken before. But what I find interesting is how people pursue it like it's going to fly away ro something. I just thinks it's funny. I mean people would change everything about themselves if they think it'll bring them closer to it.
But then there's the "fake" love. I see that a lot today. How people will tell their significant other they love them just to get something out of them. I think it's wrong! Because if you love someone then you should really tell them. Not tell them so they'll stay with you, sleep with you, or spend money on you. Love should be for real... not fake.
Plus the word love is thrown around a lot today. It doesn't have it's big significant meaning any more. Now a lot of people will understand what I'm ranting about and some won't but it doesn't matter. But Love just isn't what it used to be. I mean people love a lot of things. But I don't think people really respect the word. It used to be a big powerful word.
Now I love my best friends, and my family and my dog. But guy wise... or boy friend wise I'm going to be careful. Because I've made the mistake of loving the wrong person, and that didn't end well at all. And love should be something that is careful too. We shouldn't just love just to love. We need to love if we really do love.

My brother is a foster kid and says I love You Mom to get something he wants. So I have that repeated alot at my house and I think it's 100% true. I have never been in love but I am in strong like.
my last boy friend really did love me, but i didn't exactly love him, so when he poped the "l" word i felt i had to say it back and that turned into hell
hey i really like your blog, it's awesome =] and i love all the pictures. you're a good writer too, really got me thinking about things when i read this post. oh and i noticed you were obsessed w/ twilight...so am i =] haha
Very good post. It's annoying how people will get a girlfriend or boyfriend and that same day they will be saying how 'in love' they are. And well, that's a bunch of crap. "Love" is such a powerful word, and should be saved in the back of a person's mind until it is really meant.
I agree with everything you said. The word "love" isn't used properly anymore. I agree with Sara. It's so annoying how people claim that their "in love" after three days. That's what I call a meaningless relationship. Alot of teenagers are guilty of this. You can't be madly in love with someone within a few hours! TRUE love develops overtime.
